DICTIN
- Corrected sequence numbers in columns 76-80 - no changes to data in
columns 1-75.

- Corrected tables for X and Y axis labels.

- Minor changes based on user feedback.

- Deleted 1P from formats reading input parameters, causing incorrect
scaling.
