Abstract
The appearance of new theoretical papers concerning matter radii of neutron-rich oxygen nuclei has prompted a return to this problem. New results provide no better agreement with experimental values than did previous calculations with a simple model. I maintain that there is no reason to adjust the core in the nucleus, and the case of should be reexamined experimentally.
