Abstract

The scheme of excited levels of the 160Gd nucleus was refined and extended owing to the addition of the K π = 2 band and the inclusion of new rotational states in other bands. Data for the respective (n, n′γ) reaction from the literature were used. The signature splitting of K = 1 bands was found.
