Database version of April 25, 2024
The NSR database
is a bibliography of nuclear physics articles, indexed according to content and spanning
more than 100 years of research. Over 80 journals are checked
on a regular basis for articles to be included.
For more information, see the help page.
The NSR database schema and Web applications have undergone some recent changes.
This is a revised version of the NSR Web Interface.
An updated version of the NSR interface is currently in beta!
You can find it here.
Archive files from previous versions of NSR can be found here.

Magnetic moments of the first excited 2+ states in the semi-magic 112, 114, 116, 122, 124Sn isotopes
NUCLEAR MOMENTS 112,114,116,122,124Sn; measured g factors of the first 2+, 4+ and 3- states by transient field technique in Coulomb excitation in inverse kinematics. Comparisons with shell-model and other theoretical calculations.
NUCLEAR REACTIONS 12C(112Sn, 112Sn'), (114Sn, 114Sn'), (116Sn, 116Sn'), E=4 MeV/nucleon; 12C(122Sn, 122Sn'), (124Sn, 124Sn'), E=3.8 MeV/nucleon; measured Eγ, Iγ, (12C)γ-coin, (12C)γγ(θ), precession angles. 112,114,116,122,124Sn; deduced g-factors, configurations. Comparison with RQRPA, QRPA, and shell-model calculations. 12C(124Sn, X)130Xe/126Te/128Te, E=3.8 MeV/nucleon; measured Eγ, Iγ.
