Abstract
The and states of the neutron-rich isotope were studied by intermediate-energy heavy-ion scattering, providing for the first time the experimental value of for . The experimental data are well reproduced by large-scale shell model calculations, which suggest the important role of the proton particle-hole excitation in the configuration of the state.
