Abstract
The high spin excited states of neutron-rich nuclei and are identified for the first time from the spontaneous fission of . Six excited states and six γ transitions in are reported here for the first time. Five and two new γ transitions are identified in and , respectively. Level schemes in are interpreted as the neutron hole configuration weakly coupled to the neighboring even-even Kr nuclei. A possible yrast spin sequence of is suggested in . A rotational band with the proposed configuration of is observed in .
