3He elastic scattering from 12C in the three α-particle model

Abstract

The folding model for the 3He elastic scattering on 12C is constructed based on the three α-particle model of the nucleus 12C. This folding model can well describe the differential cross-sections of the 3He + 12C elastic scattering in the energy range from 10 to 200 MeV.
