Extracted from direct reaction [7 and references therein] and elastic scattering measurements [8] is the 1+ state at 0.77 MeV (Γ = 36 keV). Transfer [9] and elastic scattering [10] experiments identify a 3+ state at 2.32 ± 0.02 MeV (Γ = 350 ± 30 keV), to which is also attributed a broad structure in three direct radiative capture experiments [7,11,12].
