Identification of Excited States in 140Dy

NUCLEAR REACTIONS 92Mo(54Fe, 2nα), E=245 MeV; measured prompt and delayed Eγ, Iγ, γγ-, (recoil)γ-coin. 140Dy deduced levels, possible J, π, rotational band, deformation, isomer T1/2, hindrance factor. 141Ho deduced proton-emitting states configurations. Fragment separator. Level systematics in neighboring nuclides discussed.
