Abstract
Excited states of the odd-odd isotope were populated and studied via the reaction using a gamma detector array equipped with a charged-particle detector array for reaction channel separation. On the basis of coincidence relations and angular distribution ratios, an extended level scheme was constructed up to MeV and and and this result was interpreted in terms of shell model calculations with a restricted basis of the and orbitals outside a core.
