Abstract
Low spin states in the odd-odd nucleus were populated in the fusion evaporation reaction at 15 MeV beam energy at the FN-Tandem accelerator in Cologne. γ-angular correlations, coincidences, and Compton asymmetries were measured. 21 states of were observed, 16 for the first time. Six new spin assignments and two parity assignments were made. Eight multipole-mixing ratios and nine new γ-decay branching ratios were determined for the first time. A full pf-shell model calculation for the low-lying states in is compared to the data.
