Three-body treatment of the (d,2He) reaction on the basis of the adiabatic approximation

Abstract

A parameter-free method is proposed for the analysis of the (d,2He) reaction. The three-body final state is treated in the adiabatic approximation. The method is successfully applied to the data at 270 MeV on 12C target.
