Abstract
We describe a new method for determining the asymptotic normalization constants of the wave function. This method is based on a phase shift analysis of elastic scattering data, with high partial wave parameters obtained from Coulomb-wave Born approximation calculations for d-exchange scattering. Applying this analysis to elastic scattering at we obtain a value for the asymptotic D- to S-state ratio of the wave function of
