Analytical expressions for $E1\mathrm{}$, $E2\mathrm{}$, $E3\mathrm{}$, $M1\mathrm{}$, and $M2\mathrm{}$ transition rates for low-lying negative-parity states in the SU(3) limit of the $\mathrm{spdf}$ IBM are given. Applications to some deformed nuclei in the $A=150\mathrm{}$ region and Uranium isotopes have yielded good agreement between calculation and data for $E1\mathrm{}$ transitions. These formulas are useful in studying both positive- and negative-parity states of deformed nuclei.
