Static Electromagnetic Moments and Nuclear Shapes in ^129,131Ce

NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹¹⁶Sn(¹⁶O, 3n), ¹¹⁹Sn(¹⁶O, 4n), E=70 MeV; measured Iγ(t), Iγ(t, θ, H). ^129,131Ce levels deduced T_1/2, g-factors, quadrupole moments, J, π. Pulsed beam, TDPAD method, planar HPGe detectors. Particle-plus-triaxial-rotor calculations.
