NUCLEAR REACTIONS 100,102,104Ru(α, α'), E=7.7-9 MeV; 100,102,104Ru(16O, 16O'), E=35-39 MeV; measured σ(E(α)), σ(E(16O)) following Coulomb excitation; deduced excitation probabilities. 100,102,104Ru deduced 2+1 levels B(E2), quadrupole moments. Comparisons with theory, other isotopes.
