Double charge exchange cross sections have been measured at ${\theta }_L=5\mathrm{}°$ and $T_{\pi }=$ 230, 180, and 140 MeV for targets of ${}^{60,62,64}$Ni. Results are compared with previous data at 292 MeV and with a generalized seniority model.
