-cluster symmetry of 
Abstract
Recently, resonances have been observed in the reactions 
and 
at 
MeV. Previously resonances in the reaction 
have been reported by Fulton et al. Here we present a new model of these resonances. We relate this model to the classical theory of both the asymmetric rotor and the symmetric top. We believe that detailed spin measurements from these data will provide evidence for the 3-fold symmetry of
