Abstract
Exact calculations of the Glauber amplitude for αC scattering at 1.37 GeV are carried out by expanding it into multiple scattering sequences and by classifying them into equivalent kinds. A comparison has been made with those based on various approximation schemes. The convergence of the expansion is investigated.
