Abstract
The electron capture and -decay properties of (produced in + irradiations) were investigated following mass separation of A=145 isobars. A new 6(2)-s activity was identified and assigned to the ν ground state. Its decay to low-spin levels in indicates that the base state for low-spin levels in this N=80 odd-Z nucleus is probably π rather than π, as is the case for terbium nuclei with N=82, 84, and 86.
