None of the previous prompt γ-decay studies [19–21] were able to establish its decay path and excitation energy. Furthermore, slightly different placements of the 3/2− and 5/2− excited states in the 1/2−[521] band were proposed in Refs. [19,20], (see the discussion in the evaluation [27]).
