Nuclear Science References (NSR)
NSR Reference Paper
NIM A 640, 213 (2011)
Database version of April 11, 2024
The NSR database
is a bibliography of nuclear physics articles, indexed according to content and spanning
more than 100 years of research. Over 80 journals are checked
on a regular basis for articles to be included.
For more information, see the help page.
The NSR database schema and Web applications have undergone some recent changes.
This is a revised version of the NSR Web Interface.
An updated version of the NSR interface is currently in beta!
You can find it here.
Archive files from previous versions of NSR can be found here.

Radiation-Detected Optical Pumping in Solids
NUCLEAR REACTIONS 160Gd(12C, 5np), E=100 MeV; measured residual nucleus polarization. 160Gd(12C, 6n), E=100 MeV; measured nuclear polarization following residual decay. Optical pumping in SrF, crystal.
RADIOACTIVITY 164Tm(β+) [from 164Yb-decay following production in 158Gd(12C, 6n), E=100 MeV]; measured β+ asymmetry. On-line polarization, implantation in CaF2 host crystal. 114mIn(IT); measured β+ asymmetry of 114In decay vs exciting laser wavelength. Polarization of 114In in GaAs crystal, Ti-saphire excited laser for optical pumping. 33Si(β-) [from 9Be(Ar, X), E=94 MeV/nucleon]; measured β-asymmetry, NMR vs exciting laser wavelength. Ion implantation in GaAs host crystal.
