The Decay Modes of Proton Drip-Line Nuclei with A Between 42 and 47

NUCLEAR REACTIONS Ni(58Ni, X), E=69 MeV/nucleon; measured fragment spectra; deduced evidence for 44,45,43Cr, 45,47,46Fe, 44,46Mn; deduced no evidence for 42V, 44,45Mn, 45Fe.

RADIOACTIVITY 44,43Cr, 43V, 46,47Fe(β+p) [from Ni(58Ni, X), E=69 MeV/nucleon]; measured β-delayed Ep, Ip, T1/2; deduced decay schemes. Discussed mass predictions at proton drip-line. Source implantation in Si detector telescope.
