Depth profiling results have indicated that the accepted value of 30±1 keV for the width of the 550 keV ${}_{}{}^{13}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{C}$(p,γ${)}^{14}$N resonant reaction is incorrect. We have remeasured this width using implanted targets and have obtained a new value of 23±1 keV.
