Abstract
The (t,pBe reaction has been used to populate the low-lying states with a 15-MeV triton beam. Differential cross sections were measured for nine low-lying states and distorted-wave Born-approximation calculations were used to analyze the data. Contributions from p-shell, (sd, and (g.s.)⊗(sd configurations were investigated. The dominant structure is suggested for nearly all states investigated in the present work.
