Abstract
The angular distributions of the inclusive (,p) and (,pp) cross sections have been measured for , , and C at =70, 130, and 165 MeV. The results are compared with the predictions of the intranuclear cascade model in which pion absorption is involved only through the ΔN-NN dynamics. Discrepancy between the intranuclear cascade and experimental results for the (,pp) reaction is larger than that for the (,p) reaction. Effective numbers of quasideuteron are deduced from both single-arm and coincidence data, and compared with results of the two-nucleon photoabsorption reaction.
