Abstract
The inelastic scattering of 134 MeV protons to states in has been studied. Five states were identified on the basis of their measured angular distributions and analyzing powers. By combining the results with those of companion electron scattering and (p,n) studies in and proton studies in , it has been possible to extract isoscalar and isovector excitation amplitudes for each state.
