Abstract
A rotational band, showing both signature components with a small energy splitting, has been identified in the doubly-odd nucleus via the Cr,3pnγ) reaction. Both γ-γ and γ-n coincidence studies were employed. Comparisons with the lighter , , and isotones suggest a π⊗ν structure.
