Abstract

The energy levels and B(E2) values of the transitional nuclei Pt182190 and Os180188 were calculated in the IBA-1 scheme. A working procedure of optimization for the interaction parameters in IBA-1 is suggested. It was found that the calculated values agreed with the experimental data quite well. The working procedure of the optimization of the parameters in the Hamiltonian was found to be quite efficient.
