Abstract
It is shown that the Landau-Zener transition mechanism due to the formation of molecular orbitals of the active neutron exists in the inelastic scattering C, (3.086 MeV, ). The evidence stems from characteristic changes of the angular distributions observed as a function of the incident energy.
