Abstract
The reactions C(π,p), C(π,3p), HHe,t), and CHe,t) are analyzed for possible bound Δ states in analogy to hypernuclei. Though the widths and the resonance positions which were shown in the experimental data may be different from the free 3,3 resonance, kinematics and capture structure probability functions may distort the resonance which could be misinterpreted as a Δ bound state.
