Abstract

The H2(d,γ)He4 reaction observables resulting from M1, E1, M2 and E2 transitions are studied quantitatively. The calculations are in agreement with recent data for the reaction vector (Ay) and tensor (Ayy) analyzing powers at 5 MeV center of mass energy and also with the best available theoretical predictions for the He4D state wave function.
