Abstract
Electric monopole (E0) transitions between low lying levels in , populated in the decay of , have been investigated by means of conversion-electron and γ-ray spectroscopy. Values or upper limits for the ratio X(E0/E2) of E0 to E2 reduced transition probabilities have been derived for the transitions from the and to the and states and for the → transition. The experimental results are discussed in the frame of a schematic interacting boson model.
