Abstract

Boson-fermion symmetries and supersymmetries associated with the U(5)×SU(2) limits in the interacting boson fermion model with j=(3/2), (5/2) and j=(1/2), (3/2), (5/2) are developed in detail. Their relevance for the description of the available experimental data on the low-energy spectra of the nuclei Se76 and As75 is examined.
