The four-nucleon system and the pairwise NN-interaction potentials with forbidden states

Abstract

The earlier suggested central NN-interaction potential containing a forbidden state instead of a repulsive core and fitted to the np-scattering 3S1 and 1S0 phase shifts in the wide energy region from 0 to 500 MeV is used with the corresponding formalism to calculate the ground state of 4He. The results obtained look rather promising and suggest a reasonable behaviour of the new set of NN-potentials in the off-the-energy-shell regions.
