Abstract

Fragments of the g92 isobaric analog states in Mn51 corresponding to Ex=4.101 MeV (Sn=0.10) and Ex=4.155 MeV (Sn=0.34) parent states in Cr51 have been found. To locate the g92 isobaric analog resonance fragments the Cr50(p,p1γ), Cr50(p,p2γ), and Cr50(p,γ)Mn51 reactions were used. The excitation curves were measured in the Ep=3.083.36 MeV proton energy range. The excitation function of the (p,p2γ) reaction turned out to be a sensitive tool to locate resonances with higher, 52JR132, spins. The spins of the resonances were found using the method of normalized angular distributions. Fifteen g92 fragments were identified. Partial widths for each fragment and in all three channels were deduced and fine structure analyses were carried out. Inelastic spectroscopic factors and Coulomb displacement energies were derived for both fragmented g92 isobaric analog resonances. The results were compared with previous work.
