We have introduced a new "hole" formulation by using two rules for deriving the generator coordinate method kernels of the multicluster system with any cluster partitions. The uniform formulae for the overlap kernel, kinetic energy kernel, and potential energy kernel given in this paper can be used easily and are available for computing codes without any further treatment. We have used them to calculate the binding energies of $1p$ shell nuclei and $1p$ shell $\Lambda$ hypernuclei.
