Unified Band-Crossing Interpretation of O16+O16 Inelastic Reactions

Abstract

A band-crossing model based on a microscopically derived O16+ O16 potential and the Pauli principle is used to interpret data on O16+ O16 reactions to eight inelastic channels. Structures observed in the cross sections are accounted for in all cases.
