Abstract
Proton emission from -stable coherent (, ) hypernuclear excitations populates low-lying levels in the daughter hypernucleus, which subsequently decay by radiation. The calculation of relative yields for such proton emission is outlined and illustrated for and , and the significance of the corresponding lines in and is discussed.
