Abstract
Using a model based on tetrahedral symmetry a level is predicted to exist at 9.90 ± 0.07 MeV in the nucleus . The new level is expected to be quite narrow with keV and, because of its near degeneracy with a well known level, has presumably escaped detection. A brief discussion of the model predictions and the available experimental evidence for such a level is given. A more definitive experiment is suggested.
