Total and differential cross sections for the reaction ${\nu }_{\mu }+{}_{}{}^{12}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{C}\to {\mu }^{-}+{}_{}{}^{12}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{N}$ and total cross sections for the reactions ${\nu }_e+{}_{}{}^{12}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{C}\to e^{-}+{}_{}{}^{12}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{N}$, $\nu +{}_{}{}^{12}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{C}\to {}_{}{}^{12}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{C}_{}^{*}{}_{}{}^{}+\nu$ and the corresponding antineutrino reactions are calculated for neutrino energy from threshold to the 250 MeV range. The effect of the pseudotensor form factor on these results is examined.

NUCLEAR REACTIONS Total and differential cross sections for ${}_{}{}^{12}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{C}$(${\nu }_{\mu }$,${\mu }^{-}$)${}_{}{}^{12}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{N}$ and total cross sections for ${}_{}{}^{12}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{C}$(${\nu }_e$,$e^{-}$)${}_{}{}^{12}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{N}$, ${}_{}{}^{12}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{C}$(${\overline{\nu }}_e$,$e^{+}$)${}_{}{}^{12}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{B}$, ${}_{}{}^{12}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{C}$($\nu$,$\nu$)${}_{}{}^{12}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{C}$*, ${}_{}{}^{12}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{C}$($\overline{\nu }$,$\overline{\nu }$)${}_{}{}^{12}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{C}$* are obtained.
