Abstract

A double-folding cluster model generated from dα and αα interactions and internal cluster wave functions of the projectile and the target nuclei is proposed to describe the differential cross sections for Li6 elastic scattering from C12 at 156 MeV. Results of these calculations are compared with standard double-folding models and the phenomenological optical model predictions.

NUCLEAR REACTIONS C12(Li6, Li6), ELi=156 MeV, calculated σ(θ) with double-folding-cluster model potential.
