RADIOACTIVITY 166,167Ta(β+), (EC), 164,165Ta [from Lu(3He, xn), E=280 MeV]; 83Zr(β+), 82,84Zr(β+), (EC), 78Sr(β+), (EC) [from Sr, Mo(3He, xnyp), E=280 MeV]; measured Eγ, Iγ, T1/2, K X-ray. 164Hf deduced tentative transitions. 84Y deduced strong isomer state population. 83Y deduced isomer level sequence, decay characteristics.
