Analyzing power of the 3He(3He, p)5Li(32) reaction at 14 MeV

Abstract

We report the analyzing power angular distribution for the reaction 3He(3He, p)5Li(32) at the bombarding energy of 14 MeV. The angular distribution does not show an antisymmetry to θc.m. = 90° as expected for a direct reaction. A comparison of our data with microscopic multichannel calculations shows good agreement with these theoretical predictions.
