Abstract
Data are presented for + elastic scattering at MeV. Both angular distributions show pronounced backward angle peaking, largely due to single neutron exchange. Both optical model calculations including a Majorana exchange term and coupled reaction channel calculations including single neutron transfer provide a reasonable description of the experimental data but do have some difficulty reproducing the region of interference between the direct and exchange processes.
