Abstract
The static quadrupole moments of the first excited states of were measured employing the reorientation effect in Coulomb excitation. For constructive interference via the second excited states the determined quadrupole moments are (-0.13±0.09) eb for , (-0.20±0.09) eb for , (-0.43±0.07) eb for , (-0.57±0.07) eb for , and (-0.70±0.08) eb for . These represent, respectively, 29%, 36%, 67%, 78%, and 84% of the rotational value.
