Abstract

The observation of new neutron-rich isotopes of ${}^{52 - 53}{Sc}$ , ${}^{54 - 55}{Ti}$ , ${}^{56}V$ , and ${}^{58 - 59}{Cr}$ produced in damped collisions of 8.3 MeV/u ${}^{56}{Fe}$ ions with ${}^{238}U$ and ${}^{209}{Bi}$ is reported. Tentative identification for ${}^{56}{Ti}$ , ${}^{57 - 58}V$ , ${}^{60}{Cr}$ , ${}^{61}{Mn}$ , and ${}^{63}{Fe}$ is also presented.
