Abstract

A new radioactive decay mode, beta-delayed three-neutron emission, has been observed in 11Li in an intensity p3n = (1.8 ± 0.2)%. The single and double neutron branches have intensities p11n = (82 ± 7)% and p2n = (3.9 ± 0.5_)%.
