NUCLEAR REACTIONS ²⁷Al, ²⁸Si(¹³⁶Xe, X), E=700 MeV; measured average T_1/2 of γ-continuum. ¹⁶³Ho, ¹⁶⁴Er deduced intrinsic quadrupole moment, E2 enhancement factor, deformation. Doppler shift method.
