Abstract
The rays following the decay of 10.30-min and from the in-beam reaction between 6.5 and 10 MeV have been studied in order to determine the properties of the low-lying levels of . Twenty-five rays attributed to decay were observed. A level scheme of was constructed which contains nine levels, of which only three were previously reported. Spin and parity values are assigned to each level based on angular distribution and excitation function measurements from the () reaction and values from decay. The level properties of are compared to the levels of and interpreted within the framework of coupling.
